MegaFun Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "User") and MegaFun ("we," "us," "the Company," or "MegaFun"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at megafun.best. By accessing, browsing, registering, depositing, or placing any bet on MegaFun, you confirm full acceptance of these Terms as currently published on this page.

MegaFun reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or a platform notification. Continued use of MegaFun after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable Philippine law, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

To be eligible to register and play at MegaFun, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age. MegaFun is a strictly 18+ platform. We conduct age verification on all accounts and will permanently close any account found to belong to a minor, forfeiting all funds therein.
• You are physically located within the Philippines at the time of placing any bet or accessing any game. MegaFun holds a PAGCOR license that authorizes operation within Philippine jurisdiction only.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of MegaFun, any of its partner companies, or any associated game provider.
• You are not accessing MegaFun from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from MegaFun or had your account permanently closed for Terms violations.

MegaFun reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension pending review.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) MegaFun account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your real full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. MegaFun uses this information for identity verification, payout processing, and communication regarding your account activity.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. MegaFun will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure. MegaFun accepts deposits exclusively via Philippine-approved payment channels. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following payment methods are currently supported: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Philippine banks.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no standard maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though MegaFun may apply individual deposit limits in connection with responsible gaming tools or regulatory requirements. Deposits are credited to your MegaFun wallet instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

MegaFun does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are not within MegaFun's control. All deposited funds must be used for gaming activity — MegaFun does not function as a money transfer or storage service.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though large withdrawals may require additional processing time and documentation.

MegaFun's target processing time for GCash and Maya withdrawals is 10–20 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to BDO, BPI, and UnionBank may take up to 2 business hours. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours may be processed on the next business day.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete full KYC verification as described in Section 3. Any outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. MegaFun reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk parameters — this may extend processing time.

MegaFun offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, cashback offers, and VIP Club rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all MegaFun promotions unless an individual promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds. Real money is wagered first; bonus funds are wagered after real money balance is depleted.
• The standard wagering requirement for all deposit bonuses is 10× the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion.
• Bonus wagering must be completed within 7 calendar days of bonus credit unless a different period is specified.
• Unused bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will expire automatically.
• Wagering contributions vary by game category. Sports bets typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games contribute 50–80%; Bingo and Color Game contribute 100%.
• Only one bonus can be active per account at any given time. Players cannot stack multiple bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly allows it.
• MegaFun reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting zero-risk betting patterns, or colluding with other players.

All bets placed on MegaFun are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for reviewing their bet selections before confirmation. MegaFun will not reverse or modify confirmed bets on the grounds of player error, misread odds, or change of mind.

Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game category and are displayed clearly within each game interface at the time of betting. MegaFun reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time in accordance with regulatory requirements or risk management policies.

In the event of a technical error, server interruption, or network failure that affects the outcome or processing of a bet, MegaFun will review the affected rounds and apply fair resolution based on system logs. Where a clear outcome cannot be determined from available data, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to player wallets.

For live Sabong bets: results declared by the official pit referee are final and binding. MegaFun applies the arena's official ruling in all Sabong matches. In the event of a fight cancellation before it begins, all bets on that match are voided and stakes refunded. For sports betting, settlement is based on official results from recognized governing bodies. MegaFun reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of contested results.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on MegaFun. Any player found engaging in these behaviors will have their account suspended or permanently closed and all funds forfeited:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person to do so.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors on the platform — any such discoveries must be reported to MegaFun support immediately rather than exploited.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers collectively (collusion or syndicate bonus abuse).
• Using MegaFun for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or MegaFun staff through any communication channel on the platform.

MegaFun actively monitors accounts for suspicious patterns and cooperates with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities on matters involving suspected fraud or illegal activity.

MegaFun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred or is occurring. Common reasons for account action include:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence or strong suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Multiple accounts detected under the same identity or device.
• Confirmed use of prohibited software or automation tools.
• Chargebacks initiated by the player against confirmed and settled transactions.
• Behavior that causes disruption to other players or MegaFun staff.

Where an account is closed due to verified Terms violations, all funds including real money balances and bonus credits may be forfeited. Where account closure results from a non-violation reason — such as player request or regulatory compliance — the remaining verified real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after standard processing.

All content on megafun.best — including but not limited to the MegaFun brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, data, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of MegaFun or its licensed content partners. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from MegaFun.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform strictly for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as outlined in these Terms. This licence terminates immediately upon account closure or breach of these Terms.

MegaFun provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no guarantees of uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, MegaFun will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from your betting activity on the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside MegaFun's reasonable control, including internet service failures, power outages, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Any errors in odds, payouts, or game outcomes that result from genuine technical malfunction — such cases will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with Section 7.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

MegaFun's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim, unless Philippine law requires otherwise.

MegaFun is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer the following tools to all registered players, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you can incur in a given period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after playing for a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from MegaFun. Temporary exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 6 months; permanent exclusion is irreversible.

If a player is identified by our team as displaying signs of problem gambling, we may proactively apply protective account measures and reach out to offer assistance. MegaFun strictly enforces the 18+ age limit and will permanently close any account where a minor is identified, reporting the case to relevant authorities as required by law.

MegaFun may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, product offerings, or operational policies. When material changes are made, MegaFun will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform no fewer than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required urgently by law or a PAGCOR directive.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility as a player to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of MegaFun after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including relevant PAGCOR regulations and the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of MegaFun shall first be submitted to MegaFun's internal dispute resolution process.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution process as provided under MegaFun's license conditions. For disputes that cannot be resolved through PAGCOR's process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Metro Manila, Philippines.
